I REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU, IT WAS AFTER YOU WERE COMING BACK FROM FAMILY FUN DAY WITH DONNA AND Y'ALL WAS KICKIN IT AT THE CORNER OF MARKET TALKIN BOUT WHAT Y'ALL WAS GONNA DO LATER ON THAT DAY .  I WANTED TO SAY WHATS UP BUT I DIDNT WANNA INTERRUPT YOUR CONVERSATION YOU KNOW,  BUT THEN I WATCHED YOU AS YOU ROLLED DOWN TO THE OTHER END OF MARKET AND WAS JUST THINKIN DAM I LOVE THAT GIRLS ENERGY AND THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU I THINK DAY BY DAY "WHY DIDNT I SAY WHAT UP TO HER" MAN IT KILLS TO SEE A GOOD FRIEND ONE DAY AND IT COULD BE A MATTER OF MINUTES EVEN SECONDS THAT THEY CAN BE TAKEN AWAY BY THE LORD UP ABOVE, THAT'S WHY WE NEED TO CHERISH WHO IS IN OUR LIVES NOW.  YOU WILL BE MISSED BY MANY YOUR ENERGY WAS FELT THROUGH EVERYONE YOU KNEW AND WAS COOL WITH.  I LOVED YOUR ATTITUDE THATS PROBABLY WHY WE GOT A LONG SO GOOD YOU ALWAYS LISTENED TO ME WHEN I WOULD TELL YOU WHAT WAS UP WITH THE KIDS YOU ALWAYS KNEW THE RIGHT THING TO DO AND SAY EVEN IF IT WAS OUT OF THE ORDINARY BUT THATS WHY YOU ARE LOVED SO MUCH BY SO MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU KEPT IT 100 ALWAYS AND WE LOVE YOU FOR THAT MISS YOU ALOT J

My friend, only you and I know the friendship we had. Every time I would see you I would spot you and we'd laugh and I always asked how you were feeling. Your kids are in good hands and you are to. See you when I get there!!!

I remember seeing you at school the week before you passed and had a great time talking to you. You looked so good and healthy. I was happy to see you looking so well.

I will miss our conversations about Lynn, and the fun places to go in the city.

Your laugh was infectious and I valued your insight to life and children. You had a real gift to give others, and sadly you passed too soon to share it with others.

We will miss you and hope that we will be able to help and support your children.

Jernaire, As I sit and write this on the day you are being laid to rest, words just can't express the emotions I'm feeling. I will love and miss you until the day we meet again. You are the strongest woman I know and your strength and spirit will continue to inspire me. Everyday I think of you and all that you were able to accomplish in such a short time. Despite the physical pain you felt with each step, you walked miles for those you loved and you smiled all the way. You fought everyday for the little things we take for granted. I don't know if I'll ever be even a fraction of the woman you are, but I will continue to try. I wish you were still here with us...and I know that is selfish, we're selfish - you never were. You are now free from the pain that binded you. I will love you, DaJarna and Tyriq always. Rest in peace girlfriend.

Dear Jernaire, Wish you had more time to show us how you lived your life. Just want to let you know your family and friends will miss you dearly. Auntie Cheryl stay strong for DaJarna and Tyriq you all our in my prayers.

Dear Da'Jarna and family,

I am thinking of so often and sending BIG love and hugs to you and your family at this devastating time.  My favorite memory of your mom is at the cheerleading tournaments jumping up in the stands and dancing and encouraging you and the team with her big beautiful bright smile.  I loved seeing her at all your sporting events- we always said hello to one another. At this difficult time, remember how much you are loved and that I am always here for you.
